Service Fees
The costs required for in-home care planning, including the creation of a care plan, are fully covered by long-term care insurance, so there is no out-of-pocket expense for users.
When using in-home services, including home-visit care, a monthly benefit limit is set by long-term care insurance according to the user's level of care required.
As a general rule, users pay 10% to 30% of the cost of the services provided. However, if the monthly benefit limit is exceeded, the entire cost of the excess must be paid out of pocket.

Note: Actual monthly benefit limits are set in units rather than yen, and the value of each unit varies depending on the type of service. The limits in the table above are estimates of the available yen amount, calculated at ¥10 per unit.
